im so lucky rugby doesn't begin till spring
10 Big Macs a day, 2 XL Pizzas, some steak, some McD's and your set.

Eat and lift like its goin out of style
But also how did someone who weighs 120 get on the football team?
I'm guessing you're the punter?
Better start a cycle of test
What the fuck kinda football team is that lol
But hell, maybe u got crazy skillz
Eat like a madman and lift heavy, squat and Dl. good luck
just eat and lift. it came naturally to me all throughout high school and i made gains like crazy.
you can say that
but seriously like steaks, pasta, wat else? i dont plan to put it on b4 seasons over cuz im 2nd string but next yr(my lasy yr) i wanna be starter and in good shape
You might have trouble depending on the intensity of your everyday practices. But since its high school its possible to do it during the season. Just be ready to make a very serious commitment and u'll be giving alot of stuff up for this.
i am but yeah i think so to cuz as much food i put in me i burn it all during conditioning so i think i should wait til end of season
well you are obviously in HS if you are 125 on the football team. High School teams don't cut in alot of areas.
Back on topic, eat... alot... During season practices get a bit easier so if you aren't starting you can still put on weight although it is still more difficult than in the off season. From personal experience I can tell you, you want to EAT and EAT ALOT. Also, don't fuck around in the weight room, hit it HARD. My fresh/soph/jr. seasons I didn't take the weight room too seriously, just going through the motions, shooting the shit w/ friends, etc. I got nowhere, I went from 135 to 150 in 3 years and most of that was just cuz I was growing. My senior season I came in weighing 150, by the end of my senior football season I was 175. My strength improved drastically as did my performance on the field.
I was eating 2 PB&J Sandwiches a day for lunch as well as buying lunch, actually started eating breakfast (usually a few bowls of cerial before leaving for school and then poptarts on the ride to school) eating before practice (which sucks sometimes) and eating after practice as well as being on weight gainer. Any time you have the capacity to eat, do it, you could easily put on quite a bit of weight in a year
talk to your coaches, dependin on their education and back ground they might be able to help you. Also depending on what position you are playing or want to play, but at 122 you need to eat a shit load and workout hard. I know one guy that came into high school my freshman year and was small short like 5'7", but his dad was a football coach and he had that like tough guy love or something. But by our senior year he was big and strong, walked onto a college team and became there most valuable player and almost made an NFL team. I would just say don't get discouraged, work hard and you will be all right.
start with your family, use ketchup
are you talking shit to me? Low carbs are retarded for gaining weight. For dieting down for a comp they are good. BTw I dead over 400 but rep in the low range, changed to double overhand grip with no straps or anything. Its harder than over/under by far. But for you, Hi I'm bob I have bitch tits!! If you want to do a posedown along with leg shots I will gladly fuck you up royally!! k thanks!
he's one of the most pathetic members here next to style, just ignore him
drink lots of milk. Mix protein powder into it.
