you could say i'm a fairly muscular guy. the thing is, is that i've been cutting for a couple weeks now and i don't think i'm ready to lose strength/body mass, but i REALLY want that low bf%. what kind of diet/routine should i be on in order to have a relatively low bf% (visible abs, veins, etc) but still keep my mass and strength?

i've been working out for 5 years, but this is the first time i've worked out for just lifestyle, as opposed to a sport.

    :hs:

wow, same height and weight as me, but your other stats are much more impressive. I've only been doing Dead for a few weeks though (currently @ 200lbs :wtc: )

just a shot in the dark here, but how much cardio do you do in a week?

cardio can help cut you pretty nicely w/o losing much mass.

to cut follow that diet plan, w/o seeing how lean you are at your weight its hard to tell if you should bulk or cut, but judging by your numbers you seem to have a good base so I don't think cutting would be a bad thing.

I don't make judgements on bulking/cutting without pics.

:werd: its hard to do, I just figured with his stats he probably has some size. But then again with his stats at that weight he may also be lean already...
