The first week I got so sore after working each muscle group out. I could barely walk after squats, i couldn't extend my armos over my head after tri extensions, etc. This past week my intensity hasn't changed at all. I've increased my lifts a good amount and I'm still hitting failure on several exercises. Is this just because my first week my muscles weren't used to getting worked out at all? Do you guys still get sore reguarly? Even after the brutal day 1 of chris's routine (squats, deads, flat bench, incline db press) my legs feel fine the next day, albeit a bit wobbly. I'm just worried I won't be making any progress.
