just took some updated pics since mid april and although i'm down like ~10 lbs and stronger, i actually lost what appears to be mostly muscle :wtc:

i eat lotsa protein and lotsa food so I dunno what but it's :greddy:

I think i'm destined to be skinnyreallyfat for the rest of my life :hsd:

Get some real numbers and measurements (cal intake, macros, weight progress, lifting program, etc) and we'll see.

I get 180-200g+ protein/day and have eaten enough to lose about 1lb/week

If you believe that your nutrition intake is adequate, and your routine is sufficient, there remains one last variable...

You're not working hard enough. :o

    i'm not stopping :squint:

i train for strength cuz that's what I find fun... I'm trying to lose a bit of weight now so my dress pants fit better that's all...

I just figured I'd be losing some of my fat :o

and i thought i had more muscle underneath but it looks like I'd have to be about ~165 @ 5'11 to be "lean"

If you are training for stength correctly, you shouldn't really lose any fat. Reps in the 4-8 range won't stimulate fat burning, all the work you are doing should be anaerobic, and if you are doing cardio then you're just cutting into muscle development.
