So I have recently started working out as I really am fat. I have a Total Gym that I bought last summer and a Precor Eliptical that I bought for the wife a couple years back. I hadn't been using either of them for months out of my own laziness and I have just gotten tired of watching my weight creep up over the last year and kind of stabilize out at my current 287lbs. So I went and got a membership to anytime fitness and here is what the trainer set me up with Please let me know what you would add to the workout to help with my goal of losing weight and then adding muscle definition. 3 times a week workout with weights 2 sets 15 reps each: Pulldowns inclined benchpress using dumbells Leg extensions step box squat press using balance ball and then 25 crunchs using balance ball. Then 30-40 minutes cardio 4-5 times a week.
