Lately, I realized that it was time for me to lose some weight, especially around my stomach and sides. I have a spare tire. I decided to hit the treadmill and go at it by cardiovascular means. Last Tuesday, I started my workout. Once I wake up, I recover from sleeping, then do some stretching and hit the treadmill; I don't put anything in my body. I started off doing about 1.5 miles of walking/jogging/running. Now, a week later, I'm at about 3 miles of mostly jogging. Once I get off the treadmill, I stretch again and walk around for a bit. For the rest of the day, I'm suprisingly energized. I thought I would be weak and lazy. I have definitely noticed a difference in myself in terms of energy, mood, and attitude. I like that. How long will it take for me to notice a physical difference in myself? By the way, I'm 5'9" about 195 pounds, but it seems all my weight comes from my thighs, my spare tire, or my big bones.
