im no DW, but i got

    455 DL tonight. now my DL is = my squat. lol.

    most weird feeling. not heavy in the sense that its something thats hard to pick up, its just taxing on every damn muscle. if my shoulders arent ready to work with my hams, it wont move. when everyone talks and works together, it went up no prob.
    wont be tryin again for a while, i have no hands left. i tore 3 calouses.

    havent really done much over 315 sumo. i like sumo for reps but it hurts my hips and back too much for singles.

    then again, pulls are definately my worst movement.

    180-185 depending on how hungry i am. today i was close to 190 after a pizza.

    not bad considering i dont train for them.
    its not something im really all that proud of though. i still suck at oly movements b/c my back is so tight, and it makes my whole body feel, how do i describe this.. not sore, but, lacking energy, for 2 days. and, my shoulders feel like theyve stretched 2" out of my sockets.

    of the big 3 i prefer bench as my fave.

    if youre strong and its functional, who cares.
    i was putting up a wall last week and my delt was on fire from holding the damn 18v drill for 20mins. heh.

    i try to ignore the fact that i weigh 100 lbs more than you and i can only pull 20-30 lbs more :sadwavey:
