i'm kinda over weight.

    I'm 21. 6 feet 2 inches tall and i weigh almost 230. i would like to get back down to 200 pounds. The thing is, I don't have time to exercise and what not. i work and go to school all day every day. how can i lose these 30 pounds? just by eating less and healthy?

    find time to work out.. takes as little as 15 mnutes a day to get in some good cardio.

    look up "HIIT"

    i work every morning from 7:30-4pm and go to night class from 5-7:30pm, and I STILL get a workout in 6 days a week.

    The only decent time I have to workout is in the morning, so I wake up at 5am everyday and get a 45min workout in.

    Didnt think I could do it, but a month later, and 10 pounds lighter, here I still am :)

    so suck it up man, and do it

    more fats, more protein, less carbs

    more water less soda/beer.

    more fats and protein doesn't mean fast food btw.
