Second time going shooting... a guy there had an AR-15 he let us try out.
This was a lot of fun.
What kind of AR was it? Did you shoot anything else?
So how'd you like shooting the AR?
Nice brass shot btw.
Who the hell taught you how to stand and shoot? I remember doing that once till I got a royal reaming on how its done.
LEAN forward !
It's his second time shooting...
welcome to the addiction.
I really don't know what kind of gun it is, the guy talked a lot about it, but I was too excited when he said I could shoot it. I really like the sight on it, it had this red crosshair rectile thingy.
I do notice I am leaning back a lot, guess the next time I go I can fix that.
I also shot a .22 Ruger, .45 1911 (had a scope on it...), 9mm Baretta, and a 9mm compact Glock.
All fun except a stapler had more recoil then the Ruger.
PS. Where would I get started on purchasing one of these... I'm in Oklahoma.
A gun shop
seriously though, walk into a local gun shop and see what they have for sale.
that sight is called an Eotech, and they are my personal favorite for red-dots because of the floating reticle.
the sight was an eotech btw
edit: damn you glocksucker.
also, if you're on a budget, the Bushnell Holosight is pretty much the same as the Eotech, just without the metal protective shroud, for about $100 less.
