SOme people say its worthless and some say its had great results...

my buddy took it and hes an expirienced lifter of like 6 years and he said he had great results and actually add an .5-1 inch to his arms....

im thinking about giving it a shot...

Well it did work for me. The pumps hurt and I got a head ache. I would not use again just because of the head ache.

Everyone who has taken it that I have talked to likes it. It seems the only people who dont like it are the ones who haven't taken it themselves.

I tried NO-Explode for a while, and it didn't do anything for me besides make me feel naseous a short while after taking it. I didn't see any significant difference in pumps, or volume of weight lifted.

I think it's just like creatine, some respond, and some don't.

I have taken it, but took it when it was the new craze. I had pretty good results on it, the pumps were good and I got a bit stronger but the benefits are far outweighed by the risks.
