I'm having sort of a problem with "snack" meals v. weight gain.

    I usually eat a mid breakfast, big lunch, big pre-dinner, and big dinner

    But in between any food I seem to eat ruins my appetite for those aforementioned meals.

    Is there something I can continually eat on at work that isn't unhealthy but at the same time has some caloric value.

    Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich I never seem to be hungry for while at work. I'm not supposed to be eating either.

    Mixed nuts
    Health Beef Jerky (Not that stuff made by old dutch)
    I like to snack on puffed wheat

    mixed nuts, not a bad idea, like trail mix?

    Some trail mix have lots of added sugar in there. Just make sure the ingredients are just nuts.
