ok first i will start off with this, i know how to eat well, i know what macros are necessary for a good physique, i know purs diet and i have refined my diet to work well for me in certain circumstances. second, i am very active. tomorrow i will circuit train for 30 mins (LFLYOC routine), gymnastics for about an hour, MMA for about an hour and then ill take a 20 min jog. here is my meal breakdown meal 1: oatmeal 50g isolate 1 tbsp PB 1 small banana meal 2: stirfry (chicken breast, veggies, etc.) side of rice or sweet potatoes meal 3: usually the same as meal 2 meal 4: FF cottage cheese w/ fiber 1 twigs (57% fiber 60 cals per cup) tbsp pb now when i follow this, i get good results, problem is i die. i get so fucking tired and i want to sleep all day. if i compensate with more food, i feel better but fat loss stops. how can i combine the best of both worlds?
