I'm having anger management issues.

    It has nothing to do with steroids because..well...I'm not taking any steroids.

    I've been working out heavily for a little over 3 months and other than a huge increase in strength and less body fat, I've been noticing I get angry really fast. Now I've been really angry in the past, but I've never become physical with it, except for literally 2 occasions (those are stories for another time), until now.

    I'm guessing this is due to a increase in my body's production of testosterone in response to how much I'm working out...does that sound right?

    The main concern I have is that...well...I almost broke an empty bowl on my brother's face about 5 minutes ago after he pushed my buttons. On top of that, I punched a hole through my door because of my dad pushing my buttons. I should note that it's not that easy to push my buttons, but if it's done just right, it gets me very angry. Anyone else experience something similar?

    It's not even that because there's no need to act "tough" towards my family. I'm not going out and picking fights with random people because that's totally not me, but I get angry very easily and when I do, I want to let that anger out physically vs. letting myself cool off.

    You had problems before working out, now you think you're a tough guy because you're a bit stronger. You'll calm down when you act that way around a bigger guy, trust me.

    I had problems before working out? That's funny because I must be the only one who didn't know this :rofl:. Like I said above, it's not about being tough...why the fuck would I act tough towards my family? What exactly do I gain by doing so, especially when I've been bigger than all of them since the age of 17?

    yeah, if you are on creatine you may wanna slowly lay off. Don't just drop it though, because that can cause an unusual rage because now your body is thirsty for more! Taper down very slowly

    but it could just be the increased production of testosterone

    No, I'm not taking creatine. The only supplements I'm taking are multivitamins and fish oil.

    I guess I didn't clarify enough. This all started within the past few months after I started working out heavily. No, I don't think I'm a tough guy. Strength != toughness. Maybe if I had been training MMA for a year or two, then I'd think I'm tough, but not just because I'm stronger :rofl:

    Typically when losing fat/dieting, your test levels drop. If you're angrier/moodier when dieting it's because well, you're dieting.
