Im gonna start dieting again.. whats agood cal/carbs intake?

    I have no idea how many cals/carbs i should be taking in a day

    I lost about 80 lbs a few years back but didnt do it the ri ght way.
    I wanna do it the right way this time around

    It was terrible.
    Ide only eat grilled chicken and vegetables
    and drink 2 gallons of water a day.

    I continued doing it becuase it works.
    I want to do it right this time

    i get around 200g of protein/day and around 100g of carbs... fill up the rest with fat and end up at around 1700-1800 calories
