    Stats-

    Height-6'0
    Weight-139*really skinny i know

    Bench-165
    Squat-225

While i was in rehab, i went from being a 120 pound cokehead, to 160 pounds(in 75 days)

Since i've been out of rehab(Got out december 5th, 2006), my diet has slumped, my activeness has been demolished, and i lost all of the muscle and fat that i built in rehab.

I got a membership at LA Fitness, and I'm gonna start goin on thursday. Im planning to combine Cardio and Weight Training in every workout(i know cardio isnt the best thing to do while bulking, but it seemed to work well in rehab without lifting)

In rehab I walked with a 60-80 pound pack, about 10 miles a day, 7 days a week. Im convinced that the healthy diet, and eating about 20 lbs of food a week got me to that weight, and activeness, so im going to attempt to do that again.

    In rehab the diet was

Rice, Potatoes, Salt Pork, Ham, Assorted Vegetables, Dehydrated Refried Beans, Powdered milk, Trail Mix, Onion, Wheat Flour, Cheese, Protein Powder, Tuna, and Butter. Although Im going to refine this diet a bit, I want to be taking in about 4000 Calories a day, with 200-250 Grams of Protein.

Im still looking for the best lifting routine for me. Im very intrigued by the Gymjones.com workouts, and want to do alot of full body excercises. My goals by Late december are as follows:

    Weight-170 Lbs
    Bench- 200lbs
    Squat-300lbs

I also want to get an extremely solid core(pecks, abs), so im gonna be focusing on that alot.

I've been reading alot for the last couple weeks, adn i think im set on a workout routine that doesnt incorporate the same workouts every week. I want to be alternating different workouts every week, so i dont do the same thing for about a month.

Anyone got any pointers on where i should look for a routine of this sort?

I'll be posting pictures in a little while

I am sitting here with a plastic spoon stuck in a jar of peanut butter which I already ate half of today.

I will finish the jar of peanut butter tomorrow. It works for me.

Any idea what you bench/squat now? My goal is bench 225 by Jan 1st and I have been working out for a year; and I'm still concerned about being able to hit it :wtc:

props man on gettin through that shit. i went through a similiar situation that did not involve a facility. anyways what worked for me was eating 4k+ a day and lifting 5 days a week 3-8 reps as heavy as a could.

    went from 125-155 in 2 and a 1/2 months

And how many calories is that? Macros?

I bet you are getting less calories than you think.

And from the looks of it, your choices arent the best ones:hs:

take a few weeks to get into it.

To me it seems like you expect serious results in little time... that just ain't gonna happen. All the huge guys and really strong guys on here have been doing it for years. I've gained ~20lbs in the 6 months that I've been seriously training and my strength has gone up by an OK amount... but when I look at my lifts I realize they're still weak as shit, and when I look in the mirror i realize I still look like a skinnyfat bitch. I'm ok with that. I'm getting better even though I'm still at the bottom of the food chain in this world, and I'm just happy to be here.

Also, i'd be surprised if you squat 225 to parallel or below... Research squats and make sure you're doing them properly, if not, then correct whatever mistakes you're making... It's taken me 6 months just to learn to full squat even remotely properly. Again, some of this shit takes time (maybe more for me than others, :dunno: )

I decided to start working out yesterday

Ate 2 huge burgers, and some lamb chops for dinner, and then went to the gym

I left about 20 minutes later after puking everywhere...Not a good idea

Went in today, for about an hour

    Did

    Tricep, Shoulders and Back

I think im doing alot of the back rows wrong, because my biceps are more tired than my back is?

Back- Various Rows, including T-Bar rows
Triceps - Tricep pushdowns, overhead barbell extenders

Shoulders- Shoulder Press, Front Raise Dumbell, Side raise Dumbell
