    for my raises i did

    5 lb side raises x 10
    8 lb side raises x 10
    10 lb side raises x 10

    rest 90 seconds repeat x 3

    then with a straight bar

    30lb x 10 front raise
    40lb x 8 front raise

    rest 90 seconds.. repeat x 3

    taht's not shoulder day. that's just the raises =P

    include:
    db presses
    rear lateral raises on the pecdeck
    upright rows
    shrugs

    but i didnt do the rear lateral raises today

    edit: and where's my fuggin shirt

    Here was my shoulder day.

    Side laterals SS
    with smith machine military

    For the side raises I grabbed the 35's. Do as many as you can, your goal is to hit 100. Anytime you stop, you must go do 15 reps on the smith machine.

    After thats done, Arnold press 4x12 Ss with rear delt flys for reps of 10.

    After that
    Cable side laterals SS with upright rows.

    By then you wwould be dead.
