Im gonna gain 50lbs of LBM in one month with DBOL

    Jesus I wish I could put weight on like that. It's taken me close to 2 months to put on 15 lbs.

    i dont know if you can do that with dbol alone..theres going to be tons of water retention though so thatll help him alot with the weight

    Im trying, but with work and school, it's a fucked up eat schedule. Plus I've always been very thin. Not making excuses for why I can't put it on, just saying I'm having a hard time doing it.

    A friend of mine who has started lifting with some guy in his garage was taking dbol for 5 weeks. I think 30mgs every morning..

    He told me a couple of weeks after he started. I told him he needs to research that shit and start taking liver support among other things to be safe and help with side-effects. He just blew it off and took nothing but the dbol.

    He ran out of them and i saw NO change in his muscle mass at all. Well now he's taking injectables only. Nothing else, not even protein. All he seems to eat is frozen pizzas.

    He's also on anti-depressents.

    Yep, steroids aren't some kind of magic pill, even when juicing you have to bust your balls that much harder.

    And lifting/cardio is harder on juice too. It's not all fun and games.

    Well, its possible to gain that much weight period, but a.) wont be LBM and b.) dbol alone aint gonna cut it. I did about the dirtiest bulk ever couple years ago and just ate like complete shit but got at least 300 grams of protein a day, and in 15-16 weeks went from 218 to 262 and the scale was still goin up but I cut the cycle off because I had no clothes left to wear and my systolic blood pressure was a lil too high for my liking.

    I brought your post back so I could explain. I meant you're pushing yourself that much harder (or at least you should be), so the weights get easier but I'm near the point of exhaustion at the end of some of my workouts.

    And as far as cardio I get painful calf/quad pumps while doing it, even though my endurance is way up.
