    300x5 DL
    250x5 squat (i think) havent been able to do it since i fucked my ankle up

    goals, get big 3 to 1000 and lower BF to 10%

    Today wasnt a very structured day

    BB Clean and press:
    worked on form with 105, did about 30 reps

    Front Squat
    worked on for with 105 did about 10 reps

    worked on snatches

    i was in the gym for 2 hours, did 20 mins of incline walking at 3.5 mph and 7 incline
