i'm in my 7th week of bulking and i've gone from ~173lbs to ~188lbs. i acutally hit 190 two days ago but i was back down to 188 the next day. i've definately gained fat on my gut and chest, but i've also noticed good gains on my arms, traps, shoulders and chest. i wanted to go to 195, but im not too worried about that anymore. its starting to piss me off that the fat is kinda hiding my gains, and my clothes dont look as good on me as they used to. cutting starts in two weeks or so, hopefully i can cut down to a rock hard 170 (maybe 9-10% bf) slowly over 2-3 months and be looking real good skinny, but cut.
