    Had 3 solid workouts last week, mostly bringing my various muscle groups back to life. it's been way too long since I've worked out.

    Today was Day 1 of my official workout regiment.

    08/18/08 - Monday

    Flat Bench - 95 x 5, 105 x 5, 115 x 5, 135 x 5 x 2
    Squat - 135 x 5, 145 x 5 x 2, 135 x 5 x 2
    Tricep Extensions BB - 40 x 10 x 3
    Front Raises - 45 x 10 x 3

    HIIT - Exercise bike, 60/30s intervals, ~15 min
