Im in the army, broke my leg back in January. Im out of the cast now but because of a snapped ligament I still can't run or ruck. I'd like to get back into shape cause im going on course in september. My main focus is cardio but I'd like to get some lifting in as well. Cant do anything high impact or high stress on the leg. I'd appreciate some input or a link to a solid low impact cardio plan (biking and other such faggy cardio stuff) and rehab/strengthening a leg without stressing it too much.

    Thanks a bunch

elliptical and rowing are two good forms of no-impact cardio.

Pretty much the only info I can give is to lose as much weight as possible with the calorie in / calorie out equation.
