    I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I never feel it in my chest. I'm doing so much weight that it hurts my traps, like shit is tearing or whatever. I did 40lb 25x5 times, and I never fealt anything in my chest. I've checked exrx and I think I'm doing this shiz right.

    I'm about 40 lbs lighter than you and I do 45s for 3 sets of 8.

    yea thats what i think of them as. the first time i did them my lats hurt for at least 4 days

    Someone here told me it would help open up my puny, faggot chest. I'm in the midst of some chest growth problems.

    I need to start thinking about spring break or something.

    i love threads like these.

    OMg I cant do this shit. I'm doing it so heavy with the 40lb boulders and i just dont see my chest growing! SHould I move up to igneous super rocks now?

    it's not really having wide lats but developing your scapular retractors (lower traps/rhomboids) so that your shoulders are pulled back

    I've found that DB flies build my chest the best. Just go as heavy as possible.

    in the garage...
    i think they work your seratius muscles(sp?) I do 4 sets at 80lbs for 10 and towards the end you feel it in your armpit area... it is a good stretch after your normal chest work.
