I can bench more than I can deadlift :( I'm working on it though. Got 175x5 on bench two days ago. Got 175x1 on deadlift today. I'm taking it slow since my lower back is weak as hell, and it feels like I'm going to get a hernia every other time I deadlift :( Started deadlifting two months ago.

I can bench and deadlift more than I can squat. 235x2 bench, 315x2 deadlift, and I can barely squat 200x2.

i use to be that way until recently. but now i can bench around 270 and i can squat 225x10, so whatever that works out to be, i think it's probably more than 270 for 1rm. although i still think it's too close for comfort. soon my legs will be massive!

My bench is horrible, squat is mediocre, and DL is slightly above that, although DL is kind of stalled right now, I can't grip the damn bar with anything higher, and I refuse to use straps.

Don't worry about it, I started DLing about a year ago and started at 135, can do 315X4 now. Just keep at it.

    1. I have terrible squat form.
    2. I neglected the hell out of my legs for a long time.
    3. I have tiny little chicken legs and weigh 155 lbs.

    :dunno:

    I can't DL for shit. I do 1 set of 135x5, then 4 sets of 185x5.
I do the exact same for bench.

I do progessive weight on squats with my 5th set being 245x5. My squat is going up alot faster than the other lifts.

That's pretty weird. I've only been doing deads for about a month and I can pull 225 at the end of 5 reps (185 195 205 215 225) Unless you've had an injury I'd say go heavier. There's no excuse for someone who's been pulling for 2 months to have numbers that low.
