I'm dying to work out.

    I've been sick for 6 days and haven't worked out once because I have no energy. OMG I'm going crazy.

    Should I at least go out for a walk or something? I just don't want to get half way out and then get dizzy and pass out or something. I feel like I've gained 5 lbs already. :wtc:

    I would do some light cardio, make sure you drink a lot of fluids and shit though.

    I always feel like I lose weight if I'm sick, at least if its anything beyond a cold.

    First month in, i caught a cold, not a bad one, but i was sneezing and coughing.
    Drank a LOT and still went to gym. The cold was gone under a week. To this day i still believe best way to fight the cold is to work out. :o


    Btw you lose weight when you are sick, most women love being sick because it does just that.

    The first two days I felt really skinny, but now I feel like a fat ass.

    :hug: I don't think anyone wants to be fat. I guess I just feel like I've busted my ass to look the way I do now (even though I still have more to go) and being sick is just throwing me backwards.

    Just work out. I always work out when i'm sick, unless i'm really sick, i might take a few days off.

    I still go to the gym if I'm sick. I feel better afterwards anyway. I would have to be puking and shitting like crazy for me not to go.

    I can totally relate to you; but, working out sick is just going to be harder on your body and it'll take longer to feel better.

    I feel so much better now than I did. I was really sick all week and this morning I still felt meh, but now I feel pretty good. I'm just going to wait until tomorrow and start fresh working out.

    Plus, I realized today as I went clothing shopping that I've reached my goal! Yay for me! Size 2. Yippee! :blue:

    My step mom took my measurements the other day and I'm 34-28-34. :dunno: I think 00 is the smallest you can be.
