I have absolutely no reason to have this gun but I've always wanted a revolver in 44 magnum... so, yeah...

cases are a 9mm, 40, and a 44 magnum from left to right...

    Damn I'm a idiot...

Just range... like I said, I have no use but have always wanted a Revolver in 44 magnum...

I haven't unpacked the nightvision scope, aimpoint, laser, bayonet, Surefire M6, and flash supressor the guy at the store talked me into.

Call us back when you add night vison, rocket launcher, curb feelers, and an ipod.

.44 mag is fun, I want to go all out crazy with .500 though :big grin:

They have one to rent at the range I go to. So far no one has ever tried it while I've been there.

I've been wanting a revolver as well, thinking about a Ruger single-action maybe a Vaquero or Super Blackhawk. I still need to decide if I want .44 mag or .45 Colt.

Is .45 Colt hard to find?

I was between 357 and 44 magnum today.

I was actually thinking about a stub nose 38 special originally but they were more expensive than I thought they would be.

Doesnt seem to be that hard to find, and it was a lot of fun to shoot. This is the one I was looking at: http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=41484897

This one is also really nice, I think it looks better than the Vaquero but its .44 magnum: http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=41461859

I really like the look of it with a Stainless finish with Rosewood grips and a 5 1/2" barrel.

    Very cool.
At the lab we had a .454 Causwell coming through. It was a taurus raging bull. OH MAN, thats a big ol roud. I think it was a 367gr or a 387gr bullet.

Anyway. NIce purchase, even if its not nessesary, you cant take it with you and its a nice looking gun.

The one at my local range is busted, the cylinder doesn't rotate, and they won't let me shoot it :noes:

I have 20 rds of Cor-Bon 500FMJ waiting to be blasted away :x:

The only gun that i'm scared of is those 45-70 revolvers :noes:

It's not really hard to find but most of what you find will be loaded with lead bullets.

Not at all. but most are cowboy loads which are low pressure rounds its a 250gr lead slug, but mine is dead accurate. You can hunt with them, I have heard people taking down a deer with them

    most people have seen this.

How do you like it and how much do you want for it? It's double-action/single-action right?

I really like it, its a big heavy (62oz unloaded if I remember right) gun fun to shoot.. probably looking to get atleast/about $300 out of it, its in really good shape. If you are serious we can try to work something out. Remind also Taurus has life time warrenty.
I just want to get something else or put money into my new AR or I wouldnt even consider selling it
It shoots both double and single action and is really accurate. I target shoot single becuase of heavy trigger pull.
