    so i finally got my shit together and got a gym membership and convinced my gf to get one with me. she's a complete noob and im still a novice so if anyone would be so kind as to hook me up a link for a girl trying to tone, slim and get stronger. i think i should be ok doing the one from "do you want to be a bodybuilder, or look like one"
    thoughts, sugestions?

    i recommend slowly gaining lean body mass rather than getting 35lbs with 25lbs being fat :)

    yeah im not gonna rush, im just gonna push myself. no half assing, no "im to tired/busy/lazy to go to the gym" i quit drinking completely and am in the process of weening myself of smokes and pot.

    last time i bulked i went from 125-130 to 150-155 in 3 months or so with about a 2-3 bf% increase (estimate of course)
