It's incredibly annoying because I focus on symmetry .

    Right arm bigger than left.
    Right quad bigger than left.
    Right pec bigger than left.
    Left calve bigger than right.
Left front deltoid bigger than right.
    Right lat bigger than left.
    Right oblique bigger than left.

I'm not talking about a small difference either...most are extremely noticeable if you spend more than a second looking at them.

I do a lot of isolateral and unilateral exercises, dumbbell work, and focus on my form, but I'm still in this situation :hs:

why are you focusing on symmetry? You're not a body builder don't worry about it.

keep in mind that you will notice things about yourself that no one else will ever even pay attention to.

It's pretty simple. You're not a body builder, you're not getting judged on it, and no one is going to notice it unless you point it out or look like a freak. Stop being a pussy.

Things like your front delt being a different size, nobody will notice.

But if one arm is an inch bigger than the other, that is noticeable and I don't see any reason you shouldn't work on it

some bits just grow easier than others :dunno:

My right bicep has a decent peak but the left is relatively flat.. that creates a difference in appearance and tape measurement even though they are equal strength.

I disagree with this. If he's at a fair size already and has a good base, I don't think there's anything wrong with trying to correct asymmetry especially if he's into this for aesthetic reasons. Why does he necessarily have to be a competitive bodybuilder to be concerned with symmetry?
Almost along the same mentality as advising someone to just work their upper body since they'll be wearing pants anyways.

i've got about a .5 inch difference in my arms which i hear is normal but i would like to fix it. I'm doing purs routine except i split shoulders and arms into 2 days instead of all in one because of time issues. what should a person do? workout the weak body part more or with additional different exercises?

What size are your arms now?

I would begin with simply including uni lateral exercises beginning with the weaker side. If the stronger side is the larger side (as it usually is), I would also stick to the same number of reps for both sides. If after a few months this doesn't improve it then add some sets to the smaller side.

    At what weight?
Someone with below 15 or 14 arms I would say not to worry about it yet.

    17 1/2" and 17" here.
