im adding rockclimbing to my routine

    we have a good wall at the school gym. I got certified 2 days ago. gonna add it into lat day. my forearms and finger were absolutely killing me after clibming for a short time.

    I am a rock climbing instructor at life time fitness and teach certification classes there. It is def. a good workout and is pretty low impact on joint and such if you have a problem with that. Best thing about rock climbing is the forearm workouts. 1 tough climb feels like 20min of forearm curls.
