So far I've added Raw broccoli, asparagus, carrots, spinach. I hear a lot of green bean talk what kind is this exactly? How do you prepare it? Also some input on sweet potatoes please. :wiggle:

    Is it in yet?
I open the can of green beans and heat it up. A little salt and eat.

Sweet potatoes i bake, cut open, add cinnamon and eat.

I'm not sure what you're looking for. Green beans i eat with my grilled chicken at lunch with steamed broccolli. Sweet potatoes i eat a couple of times a week after a training session. :dunno:

nice. It's funny because I learned that little fact in general biology but yet it's never mentioned in any lifting magazines or diets that I read

I buy huge sweet potatoes, just peel and chop into big chunks. Boil then eat.

I like them just plain, on their own

I take two gaping handfuls of spinach and throw it in the pan before I add my eggs in the morning. Green Giant frozen green beans and frozen broccoli spears are also really convenient for the office.

i buy asparagus when it's on sale

toss it in oven at 250 for like an hour and a half with olive oil, salt, and pepper

    same thing with green beans

easiest and most delicious way imo

I keep a big tupperwear full of chopped cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers, and green onions in the fridge. When I get hungry and it isn't a meal time i grap a handfull. Usually keeps me pretty full.

Possibly more delicious, but I microwave asparagus, which basically steams it.

Clean asparagus, put in a bit of water into a glass bowl with the veggies.
    Cover partially with glass lid.
    Microwave for 4 minutes.
    EVOO/salt
    Win
