    I was wondering how I could incorporate an ab/torso routine.

    Could someone tell me some excersises to change for my needs?

    I'm currently 155 6 feet tall, eating, just started creatine (helping despite some naysayers).

    I was 120 5'8 feet tall, no muscle mass, improving slowly but surely.

    Hoping to eventually get to a cut 170-180 (not looking to become buff, just strong, fast, and defined. (for my Krav Maga class)

    If you want to do ab work just toss it in 2-3 times a week, possibly more if you feel comfortable and dont seem to be overtraining.

    If you want to add mass you need to eat above maintanence, it is not possible to build muscle unless you supply your body with the nutrients required. I am not saying eat everything you can get your hands on. Increase the amount you are eating, eat cleanly and monitor your progress.

    Also, keep a log of all your workouts, meals, weight, etc to make sure you are in fact progressing.

    5'8" -> 6' = 4 inches... not 2
