    But it's only my vitamins, and I feel pretty stupid ordering something that's only 20 bucks, anything else I should throw in there?

    I've got a full supply of protein and creatine already.

    eh, i just went ahead an ordered. i was starting to read about leukic and gakic and i decided to click submit before i got sucked into buying some placebo pills

    It's not a vitamin, it's green food powder, phyto chemicals and antioxidants etc., it's a good alternative to light force.

    BN is great, but their shipping prices are high. I just ordered the Sesamin stacks and some of the ligher fruity proteins.

    leukic was the amino acids and gakic is the anabolic booster right? or the other way around? I'm too lazy to read.

    $5.....my shipping is always $15-$20. I heard it takes up to 15 days to get your stuff if you go with standard mail delivery so I always opt for express.

    I can make an order on Monday and get it by Friday sometimes Thursday using UPS Ground.

    about 5 working days for me fed ex ground $5 delivery from BN, BN gets it out that day and fed ex takes about 4-5 working days
