ok, so i wanna start losing some inches around my waist. i just got some new pants and had to get size 40! if you look at me you wouldn't even think i was over a 36. my weight seems to be accumulating around my belly, ass, and thighs. i've always had somewhat bigger thighs which looks hereditary because all my uncles have big thighs. anyway, i was gonna start by drinking no more soda or delicious Arizona sweet tea. i hate water but i'm gonna start drinking it as much as possible, i suppose the flavor splash water is just as good? i need flavor. here's what i eat typically week in week out: rice and beans. my wife is puerto rican and she grew up on it so thats what she knows how to good. its good though, and we have a different meat each night with it. my only concern is she uses extra virgin olive oil in the rice, not much, but is vegetable oil better? what are some ideas of luch i can take to work? salads? i work in a construction office so i don't wanna look like girly man. as far as exercising goes, i don't have too much time with school and work, so i was thinking of things like push-ups, sit-ups, jump rope, jumping jacks. anything else i could put on there that doesnt require equipment? im 6'0" 220 lbs.
