    2 cans of tuna - 70g protein ~600 calories
2 turkey burger patties 70g protein ~600 calories (with veggie oil)

so sub 1200 calories, 140g protein. damn. :eek3:

Everyone talks shit about my cooking skills. :o but I find the best way to eat shit food is to drench it in mustard.

    the point of this thread:
I already have eaten a bunch of protein, nearly my daily requirment, but I heard to much protein is bad on the kidneys, am I supposed to eat shitty food like chili? (550 cals, 38g protein) whats the deal here fellas

I keep a tube of spicy mustard in my car for just such occasions. Mostly for asparagus.

yeah how fucking big is your can?

mine are 2.5 servings @ 60cals each and 13g protein each, so 150cals and 39g protein in a can.

The protein adds up under those circumstances.

    2.5 servings @ 13g's per serving = 32.5g protein per can.
Multiply that by the two cans he ate and you have 65g protein (nearly the 70g he claimed).

The only thing that doesn't add up is the 600 cals. I don't know of any can of tuna that has 300 cal's per can. Do the ones that are stored in oil even carry that much?

They probably come close. I think it's 120+ cal a serving for the bathed in oil tuna.
