    The Bill Starr 5x5 has kicked my ass this week(1st week)

    My shitty routine before was 5 days a week....with 100 exercises and 100000reps a day.

    I hope i get nice results.

    Cant wait to finally see decent results and gain mass to cut with the "GAME OVER":mamoru:

    S - 195-225

    The time that I was on 5x5 I really loved the increases in squat and DL. My chest seems to hate anything I've tried as of late, though :wtc:

    My chest has just plateaued for a while now. It's probably more psychological.

    :rofl: ya how about getting into that cut now :wtf: you guys kill me, this routine isnt going to help you anymore then your last one, you barely got muscle and your bf is high as hell...ya a new routine outta make it all better. Another failure so you basically give up and get fat and say "YAY PL'ing" If you couldnt get a simple hypertrophy/volume routine to net you results, what makes you think a routine that can tax your cns far worse is going ot do for you?

    I just finished out my first week of it too. I'm hoping to see some nice gains.

    When I was in the gym doing my routine, there was a kid who came at the same time as me and was also on 5x5 and we were doing hte exact same shit the whole time :rofl:
