    Eat ? I am working out with dumbells and this bowflex type machine. What should I eat and dont give me numbers just what foods and DRINKS

    I would try to limit your diet to only carbs and essential saturated fats, those are the two things that inhibit muscle growth. Don't eat and protein becuause it reduces the amount of muscle cells avaliable in your muscles which would cause you to loose lean body muscle mass.
