    Going to make an attempt at logging my workouts.

    Age: 25
    Height: 6'
    Supps: MegaMan Multi Vitamin
    Starting Weight: 269lbs
    As of July 1, 08: 260lbs

    Goal: 200lbs

    45 Minutes of Cardio


    Not working out until after work today, will update when I do that. My goal right now is weight loss so this will be more of me keeping myself honest with cardio than sick insane lighting stuff like you guys.

    sick insane lighting stuff helps you lose the fat.

    i'd aim for half cardio half lifting weights. compound lifting gets you burning fat quick.

    30 minutes of cardio. I think I had too much spicey shit in my lunch today cause my stomache was tanking all workout. Took it easy. Oh, plus I forgot to change from my hang loose boxers to some boxer briefs so my wang was hangin out all over the place.

    Yeah, lately it has just been cardio. I've lifted a couple times but not enough time put in to feel like it was worth listing. I have to manage my time better, because I know that 6 days of cardio a week won't cut it.
