    I find it ironic that best publisher went to Dark Horse/Image, but they didn't win in any other category (I don't count 300 since that was for the movie).

    They had a few runners up. Walking Dead for example was one of the indy-book runners up.

    definately...at LEAST pick up the first trade of Scalped. it'll be the next IT indy book along with DMZ and fables after Y ends.

    That was my favorite comic when it first came out. It kind of fell into its groove around the 30's, but I still highly recommend it. Only 1 more issue until it's finished :noes:

    True, but still. They probably just gave it to Dark Horse/Image so they wouldn't seem like they're catering to the big 2...which they essentially did.

    The Killer better be one heck of a story for it to beat The Walking Dead.
