If you're stll full from a previous meal after your workout do you eat?

    I kind of figure that theres plenty of nutrients/protein/carbs from whats still in my stomach. If I can, I'll force myself to eat a little. Whattya think :dunno:

    If I do, it will be something like a chicken breast. Never get to the point of feeling like barfing though.

    How the heck can you work out on a full stomach? I get so sick if I eat any closer than an hour.

    But yeah protein shake+instant oatmeal for my PWO no matter what

    I don't know. I'm always hungry by my next meal. :(

    :werd: I try not to. I usually give myself 90 mins before my workout but since I'm just sitting all that time, my meal doesn't get fully digested.

    My body knows, I eat every 2 hours and just like clockwork I get hungry every 2 hours. I can eat pretty much anytime though.

    Just have a protein shake to get something in for your muscles and then wait until you are hungry again to eat an actual meal.

    thats how you get fat...i get hungry every 3-4 hours anyway so i use my own internal clock.

    I eat 20 minutes before my workout and have a shake afterwards (1-1.5 hour workout)
