    to explain the seated extenisons:

    obviously your fucking sitting. its with a db and works the tris. basically you have the db behind your head and extend your arms. HENCE THE NAME SEATED EXTENSIONS :duh:

    ....seated extensions was a vague term. You can sit and extend your arm, your leg, your back, (insert body part.) You don't have to be a dick to people just because they don't know wtf you were talking about.

    Dumbbell Tricep Extensions.

    I dont overhead press anymore
    bent over rows I can do 185 for 10
    lateral raises 25-30x10

    Don't get pussyhurt cause you're too stupid to research what the exercise is actually called. He made a valid point with you not specifying which "extension" it is, the reason he took your post wrong is because of your poor communication skills. You wouldn't have had to explain it had you taken 5 seconds to link the exercise or called it by it's proper name.

    Im sorry, where Im from it is well known what seated extensions are. The only reason I was a bit "hostile" was because of all the "retard" comments. Ill take the hostile comment as a compliment though, thanks.
