If you take a week off....

    Got sick , taking a week off in the middle of my current 12 week program. Do I just start back up next week and continue or do I start from week one?

    Whats the rule here?

    i usually just repeat the last week i worked out.

    continue where you left off, IMO

    unless you got really sick and are still feeling weak or something

    Well I lifted monday but Tuesday I was so weak I slept 12 hours. Got some antibitoics and feel better now. My body hand been a little sore..muscle aches and my elbow was hurting so I figure a week off is good for me.

    I dont feel I need to start over so I'll just pick up where I left off and see how my body feels.
