between a r6 and a gsxr750 what would you take? Both are 04's but you dont like the color of the 750
I don't know much though...
more motor makes for easier riding around town.
'04 750 >>>>>>>>>>>> '04 R6
no contest in every category
- looks better
- more torque
- more hp
- almost same weight
- everyone and tehor mom has an r6
- 750 is even more rare than 600/1000
- better racing seating, clipons below triple clamps, etc
I will never ride anything besides a Yamaha or Honda, so i'm never good in these threads
Suzuki's always feel cheap(to me), but there's no denying the performance of the
Plus the SUzuki has those godforsaken 3 spoke wheels.
If you have enough experience go for 750
'Cept I would only ever ride a Yamaha or a Kawasaki.
Yamaha has a better build quality than Honduh and Kawasaki just builds nasty bikes that you want to ride.
Suzuki, well fuck them, they all look the same, so they all look like crap.
I am getting one this winter.
I only ride Yamaha and Honda
You only ride Yamaha and Kawi
I see the obvious answer, Yamaha FTW
gixxers are a dime a dozen around here, but so are blue R6s i almost picked up a red R6 but would never consider a blue one
richk, why no aftermarket exhaust on that?
researching one right now actually. Yoshi TRC is leading the group at the
Might be a while though....I'm expecting a large amount of money to be going
out of my account in January
i think its a beautiful bike but i hate bldning in but if i only had the option of blue i would take it
the red R6s just look .....I don't know....out of place.
the black R6s are usually squiddly.
IMO the 05 Blue R6 is the best looking of the generation. Not just because
I have one, but mainly the vinyl looks better than the predecessors (plus it
can be 100% removed without screwing with the clearcoat if you want)
reality is....there are very few 05s around....well around here at least.
how could you not pic the r6 first?!?!?!1`
Certain models need to be certain colors, you don't see any green honda's rolling around, and for good reason
I like the Yosh choice, well it's close to Feb, time to start shopping again
I agree that certain models look better in certain colors, but I don't think that the absence of a green Honda has anything to do with looks. I think it totally has to do with brand marketing. Green is Kawasaki's color. Red is Honda's color. Delineation of colors helps people more easily identify a manufacturer as a bike goes by on the street. Plus, it helps to create brand loyalty. i.e. "Ride Red" and "Team Green"
Exactly, and Yamaha is Blue
So that's why Blue R6's, although extremely common, are still the best color option for that bike
