    lifting once a week and drinking 7 days a week = you will look like shit.

    And unless you're a woman, you're not going to gain much muscle on 2000kcal anyway

    and on the training day you fucking tear that shit up

    isn't if i only weigh about 119 to begin with 2000 calories pretty hefty?

    A snicker's bar is all you really need for your daily protein.
