I'd have to go with traps.
Back (lats more specifically I guess) with traps a close second. Nothing says "badass" like a wide ass back and thick traps.
none, I wouldn't want to be freakishly disproportioned. Maybe delts.
as stated in this thread already bigger traps and lats
One muscle? Wouldn't you look odd with one huge delt and one normal size delt, etc, etc...

I pick Triceps
Traps and forearms are all you need to look big.
with a t-shirt and pants.
days with shorts and sleeveless =
if your not legitametly in shape you have no bidness in a sleeveless shirt.
