    yus its a bit big cause i lost a ton of weight.

    does this picture work? my own site is blocked for me ... currently deployed to the desert..

    started ~200lbs.. dropped to 162, now back at a toned ~178

    btw, no offense but byranboy has you been banned for the past 3 months or something? I started looking at TSL in the end of August but up until like yesterday I had never seen you post in here. Now it's like you're everywhere :eek4:


    Oh, and OP, I agree with M1lk. workwear + flannel is a really good look, imo. Just make sure the flannel is fitted, because it'll look hobo-ish if the shirt is huge. But when fitted it looks much better. Can be worn with darker boots (Red Wings?) and tennis shoes, though I personally think it looks a bit goofy with chucks or other smaller shoes.

    Hard work. I dropped 80 lbs in 5 months, which is averaging 16 lbs per month, but the last couple months only accounted for about 15-20 lbs max and most of the loss were in the first few months.

    Depends how much you weigh? I was 235ish and finished at 155ish. Like I said the majority of the weight was in the first few months.

    But yah who cares. I believe the reason it went off so quick was because I was running 3+ miles a day 6 days a week every week. And eating much more healthy, and cutting calories.

    I was sick of it :bigthumb:

    Been overweight since I was about 10 years old, finally said fuck it and worked my ass off. I went to a nutritionist and regular doctor too, turns out I have a slower than normal metabolism, so the running helped bring it up and along with cutting calories it helped me a lot. I eat on average ~1300 calories a day or less by my estimates right now, and I maintain my weight with no exercise. That's how slow my metabolism is :(

    got memebership to 24..tired of being fat because i was pretty fit in high school..

    i had a diet of turkey and chicken. drank 2 liters of water a day or more.

    worked out:

    -jog/run a mile a day
    -lift (diff muscle group each day)
    -swam ~10 laps
    -relaxed in jacuzzi+dry sauna.

    whole routine took me 2.5 hours a day at least but i had 2 workout buddies and alot of dedication/determination.

    ---can you guys post clothes in particular so i can get a picture of what i should be looking for? and i cant do much about my hair now cause im military + asian :(

    i did it in a healthy manner...no drugs involved..didnt take supplements either... :shrug:
