Dream trainers to get you ready for an mma fight. Post them up.

Conditioning: Scott Ramsdell, hes sean sherk and brock lesnars conditioning coach and we have all seen what he has put together for sean and how effective it has been for him. I think if any one could push the envelope in terms of fighters conditioning and streghnth its him.

Muay Thai: Master Toddy, hes brought up a shit load of champions and I think he is one of the best muay thai instructors out there right now.

Boxing: Freddy Roach, hes coached some of the best fighters in the world from Pac man, de la hoya and many others. Every one knows who he is and we have seen how effective his training is when we saw arlovski come out of his training camp.

BJJ: Ricardo Liborio, there are alot of guys out there that can teach bjj and are awesome at bjj and teaching it but I dont thing any one is better then ricardo liborio at teaching bjj for mma. Just look at the guys coming out of his camp, insane.

Conditioning: That Brazilian dude that does Wanderlei's stuff. I heard he's amazing.

Muay Thai: Dellagrotte, or however you spell it. I worked with him in Boston and I really clicked well with his teaching style.

Boxing: Boris Washington. He's a pro fighter out of here in Little Rock. Not world renowned but a GREAT coach and very patient, fun to be around.

BJJ: Marcelo Garcia. Worked with him several times and he's always a great instructor. Teaches positions well, stops you when you're rolling to correct things, and a funny guy.

Wrestling: John Smith. Very intense coach and doesn't accept anything short of perfection.

    Just 'cuz: Al Stanky.

I'm not friends with any of them nor do I claim to be. I doubt any of them would say hi to me on the street. I just have gotten to train with some of them once or twice because I have amazing sponsors with connections.

    And it's your. :p

The shit he pulls is scary. I'm waiting for one of his subjects to have a heart attack during training.
