I’m doing this steroid free. I’m coming from a low weight and I haven’t trained with free weights in over four years. The muscle memory and the fact that I’ll be ramping up my calories from 1,500 a day to 3,000 a day is why I believe I’m able to do 5 lbs a week. I’m going to do this safely and I’ll be telling you what I’m eating and what supplements I take, if any.

    So he's going up 1500 cals/day x 7 = 10,500 / 3,500 = 3lbs

    AND adding exercise so let's say he's burning about 200 cals/day in exercise x 7 = 1400 cals

He's planning on adding 5lbs of MUSCLE while increasing calories only enough to gain just over 2.5lbs of MASS? Something doesn't add up... but he's a pro and I'm some internet noob so despite the faulty logic he's going to do it and my head is going to explode.

He'll use AAS and it will be amazing if he actually goes through with it.

I think Levrone is, muscle wise, the moist genetically gifted BB that is known to man so far.

Timberwolf posted this inside the brag and complain thread but I think you're the first to make a thread for it.

If I could do 5lbs a week by eating 3,000 cals/day I'd be super happy. Curious to see what happens.

3,500 calories = a lb of fat, not muscle

    I don't think he's using just yet.

He's one of the most genetically gifted BB'ers out there and I think he's going to bring his body up to its natural potential FIRST... and maybe go on AAS from there.

Whether or not he actually tells people about it when he does go on, who knows.

    Should be interesting nonetheless.

Hmm odd that he's not even using whey protein, in one of his blog posts he answers a question about pwo shakes and says that without a doubt everyone should be drinking them.

If you eat enough, it's really not necessary.

He said he recommends them because most don't have time to eat enough because of work/school, etc... But he's an out of work actor so he's got plenty of time to eat :mamoru:

Yeah, like I said... I'm sure he'll go natural for a while.

Perhaps somewhere down the line he'll get the itch again and hop on. With the way he responds to AAS we'll all be able to tell when he hops on serious shit anyway.

With a year or solid training and dieting (no AAS) he could still look incredible I'm sure.
