should I stick to the fish oil that I'm taking right now and just up it or add on another oil like flaxseed?
I'm taking about 10g of fish oil right now.

Omega-3 fats will help lose BF though, might be better than eating other types of fat. There are some pills that almost only contain omega-3 active ingredients (EPA and DHA) so there's minimal calories, like Om3ga+ joy (because omega-3 also helps with mood disorders). There's also a fat loss formula but I'm not sure what are the differences in content (om3ga+ fit : http://www.genuinehealth.com/english/pbn/o3mega.php?id=27&section=104).
