So heavy shoulder presses really fuck up my rotator. So If I wanted to do them, free weight or machine, would it be best to do them first while I am fresh or do them at the end of the workout after Im tired after whole lot of various rasies at a lower weight.

When I would do Shoulder presses on the Smith, my rotators would get completely obliterated. But after I switched to free weight, I dont get rotator cuff pain at all.

I would say do them in the beginning after a decent warm up

I've never had any pain doing any kind of overhead pressing.

Heavy benching on the other hand fucks my shoulders up like nothing else.

If you put your hand on the opposite shoulder and pull your arm toward your other shoulder (see the pic) does it hurt?
