What would it be? My job will have a lot of traveling and I don't want to miss too many workouts.

    24 hour fitness? Ballys?

Depends on what part of the US you live in I would think. Down here I don't see too many 24 Hour Fitnesses at all.

Check the websites and see how their coverage is from state to state. Theres probably a Golds damn near everywhere though.

Yeah I guess thats true. I'd have to find out the locations of the places I'm going to. I have a feeling this is going to be gay. Especially with all the jet lag.

  4. a lot of private gyms are members of the 'ipf' network

Mine is, we have a book in the front of hundreds of thousands of gyms all over the world that i can just walk into and scan my card.

I guess it depends where you are traveling to, but I go to lifetime fitness. It is pretty expensive, but the equipment is top notch, HUGE place, and more of a club/resort than just a gym. They have many clubs in the mid-west (especially Chicago area), Florida, Texas, Arizona, Utah, etc... and I believe within the next couple years there will be some in California, Washington, New York, and Mass.

Gold's is probably your best bet for the most locations.

Up here it'd be the Y. They're all over the place. Not too sure what their coverage is like in the US though.

when you say travel, you mean long term or just going to hotels? lots of hotels got 'gyms' if you really cant find any. beats paying for membership.

I wish some IPF shit were close to me. 24 is ok, but I get tired of the high school antics.

I see Gold's Gyms most everywhere :dunno:. You have to get a Travel Pass to go outside of your local gyms though.
