if i take my CEE in the morning......

    right now the only convenient way for me me to go to the gym everyday is to go right after school without going home first.. if i take my CEE in the morning before school, and lift about 8 hours later, will it be just as effective as taking it about 30 mins before my workout?

    from my understanding, if you're taking it daily..its going to saturate your bloodstream, so i dont see how the time of your workout would effect it as long as you're up to your doses on a consistent basis

    If you're worried about it, just carry a medicine bottle, or something similar with your CEE in it and dump it into a bottle of water shortly before your workout.

    its not that i'm worried about it.... im just curious if it will still have the same effect regardless of when i take it during the day.

    I take mine at night... i dunno if it works, but dont mix it with gatorade, that shit tastes fucking awefull, like drinking a bottle of piss puke and sour rotten oranges, absolutely gross

    i take it twice a day, once in the morning, and once at night as well.... and yeah i learned the gatorade lesson the hard way.... i mix mine with orange juice, doesnt really taste half bad, its not too noticeable

    CEE's life in the body isn't much different from monohydrate, you will reach a peak saturation about 50-80 minutes after taking it and it will taper off after that, converting to creatinine (I think). Taking CEE in the morning for a workout 8 hours later is ridiculous, it would be smarter to saturate yourself by loading monohydrate.

    Is there any real reason you can't bring it in a dime baggy (;)) or small container, and mix it with water an hour before working out?

    so i was thinking about this while i was lifting today, and i was wondering what the point of taking CEE after a workout is..... from what ive read, a lot of people take some before and some after they lift... if it really turns into creatinine that fast, whats the point of the post workout dose?

    i take it right after my workout with gatorade, seems to work fine

    I carry it in a pouch with me to the gym along with a mirror and razor blade. Right before a set I cut some up and do a line. Shit works instantly :bigthumb:
